Male Enhancement Can Improve Self Confidence

Many men out there have confidence problems. Such problems are usually tied to sex, dating, marriage, or work because these are the main points of contact between an individual and the rest of the world. Knowing themselves, these men tend to think that this or that issue must be glaringly obvious to members of the opposite sex and they take pains to conceal their perceived weaknesses.

In most cases, sexual self confidence issues are based on the potential bad reaction of women, because that is what no man wants to have happen to them. When people have no idea how someone would react to the things they do, anxiety and insecurity can set in.

High on the insecurity list are fears about bedroom performance and penis size. Most men whose penises are of average size are at least a bit apprehensive when they have sex with a new partner because they can’t help wondering how they compare with the lady’s former boyfriends. Add another bit of concern about being able to maintain an erection for the adequate amount of time or about not finishing too fast and one gets a really unpleasant feeling that, left to its own devices, can ruin the mood.

Having a small penis can affect how a man sees himself in a number of different ways in addition to sexual performance. Self-esteem and confidence can be affected either positively or negatively by penis size. One might say that sometimes a man's ego is equal to the size of his penis, although the world is full of men who overcompensate a deficiency in the physical department with an overblown ego. But generally speaking, the man with the huge penis tends to get a lot of beautiful girls and is the talk of the town, so to speak.

A big penis can prove to be something of a magnet lot of women and any man’s ego would swell under the attentions of a woman because that’s how men are programmed to respond. There’s no man, regardless of how successful he is in love, whose vanity isn’t tickled even a bit by the sensuous look in a woman’s eyes. It’s no wonder that many men whose penises are of small or average size are convinced that adding extra inches would improve their sex lives.

One of the simplest things men can do to improve both the looks of your penis and the control over your erection is to exercise your penis. This is the safest, most effective method of getting control of your sex life and building self confidence.

You can exercise all by yourself or you can buy a stretching device that will make the routine a lot easier and the results will really start to show up in a lot less time than you might think. Superior devices will give you better control on the exercises you perform. Add to that the fact that the traction devices are built to be both safe and effective and you get the whole picture. And safety is very important when it comes to anything that touches your penis, right?

I can't stress enough the importance of self confidence when it comes to a satisfying sexual life. Low self confidence usually means you are very likely to miss opportunities to meet new partners or keep the ones you have.

Even if you will only gain one inch in length and girth, the penile exercises will help you get to know your body better and be your own master when it comes to having an erection and maintaining it for as long as you desire. There’s no need to feel embarrassed in bed when you can choose a simple and effective solution. You can change your life now and be the man every woman dreams of.

Erectile dysfunction

January 30th, 2008

Erectile dysfunction (impotence) is a sexual dysfunction characterized by the inability to develop or maintain an erection of the penis.
An erection problem is the inability to get or maintain an erection that is firm enough for a man to have intercourse. You may be unable to get an erection at all, or you may lose the erection during intercourse before you are ready. If the condition persists, the medical term is erectile dysfunction.
Erection problems are common in adult men. In fact, almost all men experience occasional difficulty getting or maintaining an erection. In many cases, it is a temporary condition that will go away with little or no treatment. In other cases, it can be an ongoing problem that can damage a man's self esteem and harm his relationship with his partner, and thus requires treatment.
If you have difficulty having or keeping an erection more than 25% of the time, it is considered a problem.
In the past, erection problems were thought to be "all in the man's mind." Men often were given unhelpful advice such as "don't worry" or "just relax and it will take care of itself." Today, doctors believe that when the problem is not temporary or does not go away on its own, physical factors are often the cause.
One way to know if the cause is physical or psychologic is to determine if you are having nighttime erections. Normally, men have 3 to 5 erections per night, each lasting up to 30 minutes. Your doctor can explain a test to find out if you are having the normal number of nighttime erections.
In most men, erection difficulties do not affect their sex drive.
Premature ejaculation (when orgasm comes on too quickly) is not the same as impotence. Together with your partner, you should seek counseling for this problem, which is usually due to psychological factors.
Male infertility is also quite different from impotence. A man who is unable to maintain an erection may be very capable of producing sperm that could fertilize an egg. An infertile man is usually able to maintain an erection, but he may be unable to father a child due to problems with sperm count or other factors.
An erection requires the interaction of your brain, nerves, hormones, and blood vessels. Anything that interferes with the normal process can become a problem.
Causes:
Diseases and conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart or thyroid conditions, poor circulation, low testosterone, depression, spinal cord injury, nerve damage (for example, from prostate surgery), or neurologic disorders (such as multiple sclerosis or Parkinson's disease)
Medications such as blood pressure medications (especially beta-blockers), heart medications (such as digoxin), some peptic ulcer medications, sleeping pills, and antidepressants
Nicotine, alcohol, or cocaine
Poor communication with your partner
Stress, fear, anxiety, or anger
Unrealistic sexual expectations, which make sex a task rather than a pleasure
"Vicious cycle" of doubt, failure, or negative communication that reinforces the erection problems
Erection problems tend to become more common as you age, but it can affect men at any age and at any time in their lives. Physical causes are more common in older men, while psychological causes are more common in younger men.
For many men, lifestyle changes can help:
Cut down on smoking, alcohol, and illegal drugs.
Get plenty of rest and take time to relax.
Exercise and eat a healthy diet to maintain good circulation.
Use safe sex practices, which reduces fear of HIV and STDs.
Talk openly to your partner about sex and your relationship. If you are unable to do this, counseling can help.
Couples who cannot talk to each other are not likely to be able to make love to each other. Men who have trouble communicating their feelings may find it difficult to share with their partner any anxieties about their sexual performance. If you keep worries to yourself, you are more likely to lose erections. Men who cannot express and resolve feelings of anger or frustration towards their partner may hold back their erection as a weapon in the conflict. In these circumstances, counseling can be very helpful for both you and your partner.

Some Problems that can occur with Ejaculation

Ejaculation is the natural culmination of a sexual act by a man, be it intercourse or masturbation. It's the vehicle of pleasure that all of us men are looking for in sex, the ultimate goal of all courtship rituals and the imperative command of our instincts. There are many ways to achieve ejaculation, ways that we have learned from necessity and out of curiosity.

However, not everything is as good as it looks. Sexual dysfunctions are more and more common in today's world. There may be some truth to the statement that the rising number of psychological and physical dysfunctions are the price we're paying for the lifestyles of urban sprawls and for the ongoing pollution of our planet. But regardless of how we got here, let's discuss a certain sexual dysfunction called delayed ejaculation . The term refers to the inhibition of ejaculation, which is the unfortunate situation when a man cannot ejaculate for some reason or other.

The most common form of delayed ejaculation makes the man unable to ejaculate in the presence of the partner. If the man can ejaculate well enough alone, using self stimulation, then it stands to reason that the causes for this dysfunction are purely psychological. Most men suffering from this kind of hang-up either have deep religious backgrounds and have been taught that sex is sin or simply are not attracted enough to their partners. There are also cases when traumatic events have led to this dysfunction. Men who found out that their partners were having affairs or who have been caught themselves during illicit sex or masturbation may feel too traumatized to achieve ejaculation.

Other men, however, cannot achieve ejaculation while masturbating, despite the fact that they have normal sex lives with their partners. Some of the causes mentioned above also apply in this case, especially being caught masturbating or being hampered by a religious background. Most religions consider masturbation to be sinful and wasting and teach their members that such practice is to be avoided. Some go to great lengths to discourage masturbation and other forms of sex.

In such cases willpower is not enough to force the body to feel something that isn't there and it's not a good idea to force yourself anyway. It might work once or twice, but that's about as far as this approach will take you. It's far better to seek professional help than to suffer in silence. Therapists can suggest a way out of the problem by discussing the situation at length with both partners.

The basic idea of the treatment is to teach the two partners about sexual stimulation and response in order to help them understand their own needs. Instead of using willpower to force the mind, the partners should focus on their ability to create an intimate setting that would provide ideal stimulation and so solve the problem.

Men can certainly use this approach on their own, although the risk of failure is significant. There are little tricks everybody can use to bring sex closer to an ideal situation. Relaxation always helps, which means that candle-lit rooms, romantic dinners, a bit of alcohol and perhaps some porn could prove very helpful, if both partners agree on this approach. Avoid delicate issues in conversation and focus on having fun in a relaxed way. Hug and caress instead of rushing to the sex part and be sure to take your time.

Another thing that might help is to train your pubococcygeus muscle and bring it under your control. Being able to relax and tense that muscle at will is likely to help in some cases. The Penis Health exercises program features a series of very good exercises designed to train the PC muscle.

Effects of impotence on a man’s life

If a man suffers from impotence, his mental peace, happiness, and relationships will be threatened seriously. His wife will guess something is wrong and will feel he is avoiding her, as he does not love her anymore. (Women have a tendency to blame themselves for everything.) His children will feel that their dad is grumpy and foul-tempered. His neighbours and colleagues will not treat him with amity anymore, assuming that he just wants to be aloof. All in all, his life becomes hell on account of impotence.

Effects of Viagra on a man’s confidence

A man suffering from impotence often feels he is less of a man and his self-esteem and confidence is shattered. If he buys Viagra online, he can solve his erection problems and gain his confidence and self-esteem again.

What Exactly Is Erectile Dysfunction?

It can be very hard to tell what erectile dysfunction is because it covers a broad range of disorders. The most widely used definition is that erectile dysfunction (ED) is the inability of a man to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for his sexual needs or the needs of his partner. Most men experience this at some point in their lives, usually by the age of 40, and are not psychologically affected by it.

Some men, however, experience chronic, complete erectile dysfunction (impotence), and others, partial or brief erections. Frequent erectile dysfunction can cause emotional and relationship problems, and often leads to diminished self-esteem. Erectile dysfunction has many causes, most of which are treatable, but it is not an inevitable problem among all men.

According to the National Institutes of Health in 2002, an estimated 15 million to 30 million men in the United States experience chronic erectile dysfunction. According to the National Ambulatory Medical Care Survey (NAMCS), approximately 22 out of every 1,000 men in the United States sought medical attention for ED in 1999.

Incidence of the disorder increases with age. Chronic ED affects about 5% of men in their 40’s and 15–25% of men by the age of 65. Transient erectile dysfunction and inadequate erection affect as many as 50% of men between the ages of 40 and 70. Diseases (e.g., diabetes, kidney disease, alcoholism, and atherosclerosis) account for as many as 70% of chronic erectile dysfunction cases and psychological factors (e.g., stress, anxiety, and depression) may account for 10–20% of cases. Between 35 and 50% of men with diabetes experience Erectile Dysfunction.

Premature ejaculation is often talked about when we discuss about erectile dysfunction. Premature ejaculation is a condition in which the entire process of arousal, erection, ejaculation, and climax occur very rapidly, often in just a few minutes or even seconds, leaving the partner unsatisfied. Premature ejaculation may accompany an erection problem such as impotence but is generally treated differently.

Although this information focuses primarily on male Erectile Dysfunction, remember that the partner plays an integral role. If successful and effective management is to occur, any discussion of the potential treatment should include both partners. Sexual health is important for all of us so keep in mind that if are experiencing an erectile issue, you’re not alone. Talk to your partner, doctor, trusted friend, and try to find support groups on the Internet. Perhaps couples therapy would help ease some of the tension and frustration that may be lingering around the bedroom. Whatever your decision, make an informed one.

Symptoms and Treatment of Andropause

While it's true that everyone ages, some are hit harder than others. Every aspect of their body and mind may be affected, from their sex drive to their mental alertness. They may be suffering from andropause, like millions of men around the world, without even knowing it.

Nicknamed "the male menopause," andropause is the male's answer to female menopause. While men are able to reproduce much later in life than most women, they undergo many physical and mental changes as their body ages. But unlike women, not all men experience andropause; Men experience a steady testosterone decline, at a 10% loss every decade starting at thirty, but some feel the affects more strongly than others.

Testosterone is responsible for far more than just sex drive, which is the first thing many think of when this steroid hormone is mentioned. It's more than just your libido that's affected; in fact, there's little of your mind and body that isn't touched by a decrease in testosterone. When you think of how much testosterone is responsible for, it's little wonder that its absence is missed.

While doctors and medical researchers have been aware of this condition and its symptoms since as early as the 1940s, until recently there has not been a way to successfully diagnose andropause. A blood test can determine testosterone levels. It's important to note though that every man is different in how much testosterone they need to function at their best. Blood tests also doesn't measure how much of that testosterone is available; Sex Hormone Binding Globulin, or SHBG, increases as we age, which attaches itself to hormones like testosterone. This inhibits the testosterone from functioning like it should. While bioavailble or non-free testosterone testing is available, it's only done by certain labs. This means, how you feel is important is the most important diagnosis.

You may suffer from andropause, if you have experienced some of these symptoms:

  • Difficulty sleeping
  • Lack of Energy
  • Sexual Dysfunction/ Low Libido
  • Depression/ Anxiety
  • Irritability
  • Weight Gain
  • Excessive Sweating
  • Hair Loss

The most significant symptom of andropause, and the condition that have many men taking notice that something is wrong, is erectile dysfunction. Often they will address this problem through prescription medication, rather than addressing the problem in its entirety, living with the other negatives symptoms.

Many of the symptoms of andropause men have simply taken to mean as signs of aging. While it's true that aging is often accompanied by these symptoms, it's a matter of severity.

While some men in extreme circumstances undergo hormone replacement therapy, that's a fairly drastic step. Consider the alternative. You can increase your testosterone levels, naturally. While we all know that diet and exercise, combined with good sleep and lowering stress, is the key to great health for men and women alike, it also boosts testosterone production.

Provacyl can also help. It's a blend of natural testosterone boosters available in pill form that is especially designed for men, to reach their full potential. Using both natural ingredients and supplements, Provacyl covers all your bases, from sexual dysfunction to mental alertness. You don't need a prescription, and there have been no reported side effects.

Provacyl takes the mess out of figuring out which plants in what amounts, and contains only the highest quality ingredients. Muira Puama increases libido and virility, and ginkgo biloba helps augment memory. These are just two of eight plants found in Provacyl. Meanwhile, Luteinizing Hormone, or LH, synthesizes and releases testosterone in the body, and Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) changes into sex hormones.

Peyronie's Disease Cures and Treatments

Peyronie's disease, a condition of uncertain cause, is characterized by a plaque, or hard lump, that forms on the penis. The plaque develops on the upper or lower side of the penis in layers containing erectile tissue. It begins as a localized inflammation and can develop into a hardened scar.

Peyronie's disease pictures usually show fibrin deposits in Tunica Albuginea (the wall that envelops the Corpora Cavernosa).

Many researchers now think that the plaque or lump in Peyronie's disease develops following trauma such as hitting or bending that causes localized bleeding inside the penis. This leads to injury of the elastic lining of chambers inside the penis.

Aging increases the risk as a general reduction in elasticity of the body's tissues increases the chances of injury. If the damaged area heals slowly, the plaque undergoes fibrosis, or formation of tough fibrous tissue, and even calcification (formation of calcium deposits) resulting in a long-term problem.

But this theory doesn't explain those cases which develop slowly, or why similar conditions such as Dupuytren's contracture don't seem to result from severe trauma.

The plaque itself is benign, or non-cancerous. A plaque on the top of the shaft (the most common occurrence) causes the penis to bend upward; a plaque on the underside causes it to bend downward. In some cases, the plaque develops on both top and bottom, leading to indentation and shortening of the penis. At times, pain, bending, and emotional distress prohibit sexual intercourse.

Men with Peyronie's disease usually seek medical attention because of painful erections and difficulty in achieving intercourse. Since the cause of the disease and its development are not well understood, doctors have to try to go about Peyronie's disease treatments empirically; that is, they prescribe methods that might help. The goal of therapy is to keep the Peyronie's patient sexually active. Often, providing education about the disease and its course is all that is required. Experts usually recommend surgery only in long-term cases in which the disease is stabilized and the deformity prevents intercourse.

So if surgery is not an option for you, what can you do to improve your sexual life? Are there any natural cures for Peyronie's disease? The good news is there are ways to slowly break down the fibrin deposits and reduce the curvature of the penis. By bending the penis little by little to the opposite side, you can break the plaque, correct the curvature and restore the penis to its original shape. The answer to your problems can really be that simple.

Performing exercises or using a traction device week after week, you can force the plaque to break and the tissues around it to straighten without internal damage. Of course, this means that should never force the penis to assume its original shape in a single session. This is supposed to be a natural correction for Peyronie's disease, not a miracle cure. The best thing you can do actually is to be patient and follow the directions to the letter.

Natural penis exercises and traction devices can greatly enhance your sex life, give you a better control over you erection, ejaculation and can help you become a more accomplished lover.

What Is Impotence?

What Is Impotence?

Impotence is the inability to perform sexually. This can be expressed in many different

Provigro natural male enhancement for sexual performance

Provigro:
The new science of sexual medicine.

ways such as loss of desire or inability to orgasm. The most common form of impotence, however, is erectile dysfunction (ED). Men with ED are unable to develop or sustain an erection.

What Causes Impotence?

The causes of impotence vary. A breach of trust may lead to a loss of desire for a man’s partner. Or routine may become boring and result in a loss of interest. Mainly, though, the causes of impotence are physical, with psychological problems and disorders contributing to the remainder.

Physical Causes

Roughly ninety percent of cases of ED are due to physical problems. Being overweigh and inactive may make a man less likely to get an erection. Older men often lose some of the functionality of the muscles and tissues of the penis, resulting in difficulty maintaining an erection. Common chronic conditions such as cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, and diabetes can all result in ED.

Oftentimes, erectile problems may be the first warning sign of a serious condition. For this reason, physicians recommend that men who have ED get a thorough physical examination to check for dangerous health conditions that may be underlying the disorder.

Psychological Problems

Several factors can affect a man’s libido and erectile function. The most common of these are stress and fatigue. Negative thoughts expressed by either partner about the other can also dampen sexual interest, as can guilt over a lie or an affair. Finally, erectile problems are a common effect of major depression.

Psychological and physical factors can also interact. Trouble getting or maintaining an erection one time may lead to anxiety the next time. This anxiety can then make it impossible to get an erection, causing even more anxiety. And so it becomes a vicious cycle.

How Can Impotence Be Treated?

Impotence is a very treatable condition. Different treatments are recommended depending on the cause of the impotence. Physicians generally prefer to begin with the least invasive treatment options and only move on to more extensive treatments if these options fail. Therefore, most treatment begins with lifestyle changes.

Psychological problems usually require psychological changes. This may involve psychiatric care or taking antidepressants for depression or going to couples’ counseling if trust issues or resentment are casting a pall over the relationship and bleeding over into the bedroom.

If stress is part of the problem, doctors may recommend relaxation therapy or a calming ritual such as yoga. If fatigue is the main culprit, treatment may be a simple matter of getting more sleep.

For the physical causes of impotence, diet and exercise can often be very beneficial. Arteriosclerosis, hypertension, and diabetes can all be improved by a change in lifestyle, and if these conditions are to blame for the ED, it too, will get better as a result. Sometimes, the medications used to treat these conditions can cause erectile problems. In these cases, consulting with your physician about alternative medications may solve the problem. Not smoking and cutting back on alcohol is also important.
